By accessing or using LeekFund ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
LeekFund is a market data tracking extension for VS Code and Cursor that provides real-time stock, fund, and futures data within your editor. The Service includes free and paid subscription tiers (LeekFund Pro, LeekFund Team) with different features and limits.
3. Payment and Billing
Payments for LeekFund subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com (our payment merchant). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Subscription fees are charged in accordance with your selected plan (monthly or annual). You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Refunds
Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to distribute malicious code, attempt to circumvent access controls, or use the Service in any way that could harm, disable, or overburden our systems.
6. Intellectual Property
LeekFund and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that market data is accurate, complete, or suitable for investment decisions. The Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
