At LeekFund, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your LeekFund Pro or LeekFund Team subscription, you may request a refund within the timeframe and under the conditions described below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Subscription plans: You may request a full refund within 3 days of your initial purchase or renewal, provided you have not excessively used the paid features.
• Annual plans: If you cancel an annual subscription and request a refund within 3 days, you will receive a full refund. Refund requests after 3 days may be prorated at our discretion.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@leek.fund with your purchase details (email used for purchase, approximate date, and order reference if available). We will process your request within 5–10 business days.

4. Processing

Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment merchant. Once approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We may decline refund requests if:

• More than 3 days have passed since the purchase or renewal
• You have repeatedly requested refunds for multiple subscriptions
• We believe the refund request is fraudulent or abusive

6. Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and may prevent future purchases.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when the policy was last revised. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
